Nisar Qureshi recently joined TurnkeyZRG as Chief of Staff. ​

Prior to joining TurnkeyZRG, Qureshi served as Assistant Director of Athletics at the University of Illinois, handling employment agreements, compensation analysis, development and implementation of employee policies and procedures, as well as other legal matters pertinent to the department's operations. During his tenure at Illinois, Qureshi oversaw the substantive and procedural elements of numerous coaching and executive-level searches.​

Previously, Qureshi worked in the legal department for Pacers Sports & Entertainment, handling sponsorship agreements, employment contracts, premium seating licenses, and real estate agreements for Bankers Life Fieldhouse and Pacers Sports & Entertainment. Further, Qureshi also assisted with legal matters pertaining to the construction of St. Vincent Center, the training facility housing the Indiana Pacers.​

Qureshi also has experience working in Major League Baseball, having worked for the Chicago Cubs as part of the organization’s finance department. There, Qureshi aided the organization with the capital planning components of the $740 million Wrigley Field restoration project.  ​

In addition to experience on the business side of professional sports franchises, Qureshi has worked in sport operations with the Brooklyn Nets and USA Basketball. With the Nets, Qureshi worked in basketball operations, aiding in coaching hires, trade decisions, free agency acquisitions, and with the NBA Draft process. Moreover, he also has experience working with National Governing Bodies, having worked for USA Basketball in basketball operations.​

Qureshi holds a bachelor's degree in Sport Management from the University of Illinois, during which time he served as a student manager for the men's basketball program. He also holds a JD and MBA from the University of Illinois. He remains a licensed attorney and is a member of the Sports Lawyers Association.​
