Len, the founder of Turnkey, manages all aspects of both Turnkey Intelligence and Turnkey Search. A top executive in the sports industry since 1985, Len began his sports career as a business attorney for Cap Cities ABC/ESPN, Inc., and also served as a top executive for the Detroit Red Wings/Tigers and the Dallas Stars/Texas Rangers. Len is a graduate of the University of Michigan, the University of Michigan School of Law, Ohio University and the Sports Executive Training Program at New York University.
Melissa Dean

As Chief Financial Officer of Turnkey, Melissa oversees all financial and business operations for Turnkey Sports & Entertainment, Turnkey Search and Turnkey Intelligence. Before joining Turnkey, Melissa worked for seven years in Europe and the U.S. at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Melissa holds B.S. degrees in accounting and finance from the University of Southern California and an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. When not watching sports or working, Melissa enjoys renovating houses and cooking with her husband, Adam.
Lance Lankford

Lance manages the operations and all legal and financial aspects of all of Turnkey’s businesses. He has spent more than 25 years in the sports and entertainment industry, working for the Detroit Red Wings, Dallas Stars and Texas Rangers, and serving on the executive team that was responsible for the financing and construction of American Airlines Center in Dallas. He has also consulted on numerous sports and entertainment projects throughout North America. Lance is a graduate of the University of Michigan Law School and Stephen M. Ross School of Business. He loves watching Michigan sports and spending quality time with his wife Jennifer and their three children.
David Stys
David StysSVP, Strategic Initiatives
David’s primary role is to manage the product design process for new and existing products and services offered by Turnkey via concept development, the compilation of product feature requirements, and design of user interaction models. A graduate of both Villanova University and UMass Amherst, David enjoys live music, playing basketball, and living in Penllyn, PA with his wife Jessica.
Michael Mayle
Michael MayleCTO
Michael is responsible for driving Turnkey’s development of new technologies, including next-generation business intelligence software. As CTO, he definitely has the best computer monitor. Before joining Turnkey, Michael served in the US Navy as a nuclear reactor operator. He’s a graduate of Temple University and Drexel, where he received his Masters in Software Engineering. In his spare time, Michael enjoys community theater, singing and song writing, working on his house, and spending quality time with his wife and son. 
Emily Huddell
Emily HuddellVP, Marketing & Communications
Emily is responsible for all of Turnkey’s marketing and communications initiatives including content development, advertising, social media strategy, conference management, strategic partnership development and CRM/marketing automation. A graduate of Boston University (BS, Journalism) & UMass Amherst (MS, Sport Mgt.), Emily loves triathlons, obstacle races, theater & watching Philly sports with her husband.
Eric Kissinger
Eric KissingerIT Specialist
Eric is responsible for IT infrastructure management and internal technological support/training, and assists with software development. A graduate of Chestnut Hill College (BS, Computer Science), Eric enjoys playing and watching sports (especially ice hockey and soccer), playing videogames, and listening to music.
Keith McKay
Keith McKayAccountant
Keith is responsible for client billing, expense tracking, account reconciliation and reporting, as well as other bookkeeping and administrative duties. A graduate of Temple University, Keith enjoys spending time with his twin sons and friends, cooking, dealing antiques and collectibles and working on his house.
