Our basic registration form requires users to provide contact information, including name, email address, and personal and/or business telephone number(s).  We may also collect personal information when you upload a resume into our system which may include information such as employment history, education, professional credentials, etc. and other information about you that we have acquired or you have provided us.  To the extent that you elect to include sensitive information such as your income, we will retain that information in complete confidentiality. 

We use Personal Data to contact you about specific professional opportunities for which we are actively recruiting and which we deem you a qualified candidate in our professional opinion. We provide Personal Data regarding qualified candidates to prospective employers for whom we are providing executive search and other recruiting services.  We may also use Personal Data to contact you to solicit names of or other personal information regarding potential candidates in connection with executive search services we are providing. From time to time we may contact you to ensure that Personal Data previously provided by you or collected by us is accurate and current.

Turnkey People strives to protect the privacy and security of the data it collects. Turnkey People (including through its contractors) maintains reasonable physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect the confidentiality of your Personal Data. The security measures in place on the Websites and computer systems aim to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of the information you provide to Turnkey People.  Turnkey People keeps your Personal Data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or to comply with any applicable legal or ethical reporting or document retention requirements.
